What is the Complete Chocolate and Confectionery Site? Award Services / CompleteChocolate.com provides a database of international suppliers and buyers in the chocolate and confectionery industry. By using internet technology we are able to expedite the locating of buyers and sellers for your particular product. In the near future the Complete Chocolate and Confectionery Site will be able accommodate your company by allowing vendors to respond to requests for quotes electronically, prior to a decision being made. Award Services facilitates the relationship between the buyer and seller. Additional benefits to the members of the Complete Chocolate and Confectionery Site include:

• Product Listings: Sellers can have all of their products listed in our extensive database. Members can search by company, ingredient, product, or service.
• Requests for Quotations (RFQs): After a buyer selects a vendor's item, the vendor receives a request for a price and quantity. RFQs can be sent to a single company or to multiple companies. Sellers respond to the buyer with the a specific price, quantity, and point of shipment.
• Purchase Orders/Confirmations: Once the terms are agreed to, the buyer issues a purchase order to the seller. The vendor can then immediately confirm it electronically.
• Contract Administration/Standing Orders: Once a contract or standing order is agreed upon, it is easily administered through the Complete Chocolate and Confectionery Site, using pre-formatted Web-based forms. By administering the contract electronically, both the buyer and the seller continue to realize the cost benefits of a "paperless system."

What are the fees? Currently there are no annual membership fees. Award Services charges a commission upon a sale ranging from less than 1% to 3%. This figure varies depending on the product, the quantity sold and the services rendered.

What is your privacy policy? Because of the nature of this site, your company contact information will be available for public viewing. We are aware of the increasing problems with SPAM and unauthorized use of email addresses.
